About
I have in my practice been investigating the ideologies of architectural modernism and how modern architecture attempted to create a new framework for human life. Primarily through painting, but also installation and sculpture I have attempted to capture the utopian aspirations of the early modernism, parallel with an understanding of the negative aspects of modernism and its unintended consequences. Currently very interested in the rewilding of Denmark and how architecture can integrate a sensibility towards non-human nature into its aesthetic dimension.
